Apple Butter Time
September 24th – 26th will be our annual apple butter cook. This tradition at Immanuel is a
great time for individuals from the school, church, and community to come together to support the school and fellowship with one another. Mr. Hopfensperger, Principal, remarked, “We still use fresh apples to make our apple butter! This labor-intensive process makes great apple butter – however, it requires a great deal of individuals to peel and cut the apples, in addition to stirring and canning process.” We already have a good number of families volunteering their time, but are looking for more assistance.
When the apple butter is complete, jars of warm apple butter will be available for purchase at the school and after each church service that weekend. Eat apple butter and help Immanuel School students - we are hoping you will help.
